Specification items dehumidifying restorative coating Dwall
Insulating, patented dehumidifying coating for the rehabilitation of masonry subject to capillary rise and condensation phenomena, dehumidifying, anti-saline, anti-mold and heat insulating, maximum thickness 15 mm.
Application substrates should be homogeneous in terms of surface and thickness, suitably strong, clean, and free of dust. Existing plasters will have to be de-plastered for about 0.60 cm above the mark of the maximum level reached by moisture over the seasons. All masonry should be brushed and dust and salts vacuumed.
Perform an anti-saline treatment by impregnation with DwallSAL on all surfaces being treated with dilution with distilled water in a 1+2 ratio and applied by spray or brush evenly. Allow to dry and repeat application. After 24/36 hours visually check whether there remains insistence or localized outcrops of salts and if so, repeat the application limited to the affected areas. Upon ascertaining the effectiveness of the treatment, proceed with the application of DwallCalc anti-saline leveling and filling mortar, and wait at least 48 hours to have the maximum guarantee of perfect setting.
Laying Dwallpanels with a mechanical fastening to the previously treated wall using special Dvalltwist PVC anchors. The panels should be laid with joints juxtaposed and staggered even on the edges. Multi-coat application of Dwallraso skim coat with jute fiberglass mesh in between, applying the first coat taking care that the adhesive penetrates the surface fibers of the panel. The overall thickness of the skim coat should be between 5 and 7 mm thick.
Wait for the lime plaster to dry properly. Decorative thick mineral coatings DwallFinishing mass-colored plaster or paint are recommended for finishes.

Packaging: The minimum saleable quantity is 7.20 square meters
Precautions: Dwall dehumidifying coating should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C. On hot or windy days, the finish could affect the appearance.
Preparation and application: De-plaster the wall to be rehabilitated, clean it "dry" of dust and saline encrustations. In the presence of salinity in surfaces apply Dwallsal antisaline liquid spread by brush with high penetration or as a protective staro for plasters.
Fields of use: Dwall remedial coating is an advanced solution to address moisture-related problems in buildings, particularly rising damp. This type of product finds application in various contexts due to its specific properties, such as its ability to promote masonry transpiration and prevent deterioration of building structures. Suitable for interventions in buildings located in coastal areas, applicable on surfaces exposed to high humidity or condensation, such as locker rooms, shower areas and water containment structures, used in industrial areas subject to high humidity conditions, for cellars and and basements and perfect, as for environments in direct contact with the ground, where moisture is a recurring problem, in conservative restoration, it is particularly suitable, where it is essential to preserve the integrity of the original structures
