What is DWALL®
DWALL® is a System that enables building rehabilitation and Energy Saving of buildings simultaneously. The patented system DWALL®, was born from an idea that has matured from the experience gained over the years and developed within the company's research center involving university institutions. DWALL® by SB BIO BUILDING sagl consists of special materials that when applied to interior or exterior masonry, enable it to achieve rehabilitation. It has dehumidifying, anti-saline, anti-mold and heat-insulating properties.
This advanced system is characterized by its high evaporation capacity. Its low thermal conductivity combined with its ability to evaporate the moisture load of masonry allows it to solve problems of surface condensation, mold, thermal bridges, and damage derived from rising damp in the presence of salts.
It is designed for: building rehabilitation of masonry, restoration and conservation rehabilitation. The DWALL® system ensures maximum moisture migration by having µ3 as its vapor passage resistance value.

The system consists of a Kit of specific products: an anti-salt, bedding or filling mortar and NOBILUM-THERMALPANEL, an insulating panel made of natural fibers of pure basalt rock (with great vapor migration and breathability capabilities) and a natural mineral finish on the outside with a glass reinforcement in between. The system is totally reversible and espouses the philosophy of conservative restoration and rehabilitation.
